July Flyin

The next Flyin will take place on 15th July 2017 at 2100Z/GMT/UT

This will be another fun flight, this time in small jet or turbojet airliners from Gatwick in the UK to Innsbruck in Austria. Innsbruck nestles in the middle of the Austrian Alps and the approach and landing is one of the most difficult in Europe for commercial aircraft. So always a challenge even in good visibilty.

I have attached a schedule for this Flyin. I will also send out again the information on the JoinFS multiplayer platform via email.

Please come along and join in, it really is fun and great to talk with our FS friends around the world.

Cheers

This is the same day as the Board Meeting maybe we need to make it the week after.

I set this date well before the BOD meeting and I did send out and publish the details. I did point out that the new date for the BOD clashed with the Flyin. The problem is the board meeting keeps being changed, and we did originally agree that the Flyins would be between the BODs but it is difficult to set up the Flyins if we don't have a board meeting schedule. I need to advertise the flyins at least a month before the event so that pilots can have a good chance of a free diary slot.
