cant log in using join Fs

when I try to log on to joinFS I get invalid join address.Either select bookmark or use an IP Address in the format
10.20.30.40 or 10.20.30.40:5000
I have put ip start with 86. ends in 149
says it is noble air
please advice if this is only available on the said days
