Hi Guys,

The Board has asked me to create events every month for us all to enjoy.

It would seem sensible to provide a calendar for these events. Most will be on the first weekend of each month. From time to time VATSIM and other Flight sim events are advertised. These will be added to or replace the events as they occur.

Here are the dates for the next six months.

2nd September 2017
7th October 2017
4th November 2017
2nd December 2017
6th January 2018
3rd February 2018

The details of the 2nd September event will be published in the next few days.

Won't the 4th Nov clash with World Flight that month.

Too quick Geoff, I had in mind to include a Worldflight leg as a Flyin on VATSIM. I need to discuss it with Ed and the BOD before firming this up. I will also need to see the full program to choose the right flight. It would be good to get a few extra NA pilots involved with Worldflight.

WorldFlight begins out of Sydney on 4th November @ 2200z officially.
TeamNoble is scheduled to leave Sydney (along with around 300 other planes @ 2115Z)

So the First Flight from Sydney - Brisbane (1hr 30mins) - not for the feint hearted. expect up to 2 hrs for a clearance, expect 45min-1hr hold coming to into Brisbane, expect Every! ATC position filled.
If you are new to VATSIM or DO NOT fully understand the operation of your aircraft (SID/STARS, HOLDS, VNAV/LNAV etc), I am not sure this would make a very good flyin.

There certainly won't be any time to "chat" on Teamspeak during this flight.

These are the realities.. but in saying that, if you are up for the most intense flight you will ever do on VATSIM, and the prospect of every controller position being manned excites you, and you are up for the challenge of testing your aircraft skills.. It would be great! to have as many Noble planes as possible on this flight.
