How to calibrate your controllers with FSUIPC

One of the biggest problems I've had with the flight sim was calibrating the controllers and getting them to react as I want them to.
I've been using the FS calibration tool for years and was never really happy with the results.
I came across this video by accident and followed what this guy was saying step by step.
My only comment is WOW. What a difference.
